Bob Lotter, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Bob Lotter's management experience spans a 9-year military career and 20 years as an entrepreneur. Mr. Lotter received his degree from the University of New York, Albany and retired from military service with an Honorable Discharge in 1983. Since that time his experience in the insurance industry has spanned eighteen years, during which he enjoyed considerable success receiving many industry awards.

In 2001 Bob founded eAgency Systems, Inc, a wireless technology company. As CEO and Chief Inventor, Bob has invented and brought innovative technology products to the market. Bob is a leader in wireless technology and has become very involved in fighting the problems technology has brought upon children by way of the Internet and now the cell phone. Recently Bob launched RADAR, My Mobile Watchdog, a service designed to keep children safe from online predators and cyber bullies.

Nicholas Montes, eAgency President

Nicholas brings over 16 years of wireless industry experience at the corporate and entrepreneurial level. Most recently, he has successfully lead wireless start-ups to explosive revenue growth and profitability. He also had an extensive 10 year career with Verizon Wireless, where he held senior level marketing positions. His expertise includes the ability to drive revenue growth and profitability, secure carrier agreements, increase global distribution channels and extensive knowledge of the mobile applications and wireless industry.

Nicholas is an active member of the CTIA WIC Leadership Council, is regarded as an industry expert who actively speaks at major industry events.

Timothy Allard, Chief Operating Officer

Timothy S. Allard has spent more than 17 years working in all phases of software product life cycle development for large, multi-platform applications including product development, system testing, deployment, ASP, and technical/customer support. His experiences includes automating the administrative operations for a large-scale financial organization, including the system architecture product development, as well as the deployment of all departments into a single, integrated application.

Boyd Machtolff, Chief Technology Officer

Boyd brings over 20 years of I.T. management experience to the eAgency team with his extensive background in network infrastructure, software development, systems architecture, and synergistic team-building. Having lead groups of hundreds of team members, Boyd has managed operations and development for corporations with hundreds of millions of dollars in annual revenue, in diverse industries such as real estate, financial service, private investigation, and manufacturing. With a proven record of success, Boyd brings a wealth of technological expertise to eAgency Systems.

  • 15 years experience as an entrepreneur 7 years as CEO and Founder of BCD Computer Distributions, Inc. (listed as 130th fastest growing company in Inc. 500), which took over former Egghead Software retail stores in Florida
  • CEO and Founder of Ecompany in a Box, Inc. specializing in SEO and ecommerce based software platforms
